
This is definitely a recipe that will add warmth and richness to your winter cheese board. It pairs well with both hard and softer cheeses, adding deeper and explosive tasting notes that will have you polishing off the jar!
Ingredients:
3 Pears (peeled and diced)
300ml Red Wine
300gr Caster Sugar
2 Cloves
3 Drops of Verjuice
*note you can substitute alcohol removed wine if you wish to make it spirit free.
Method:
Place all ingredients in a pot and slowly bring to a simmer. Occasionally stir with lots of love and keep an eye on the pot patiently, for about 90 minutes until it has come together and thickened.
Place the hot jam in sterilised jars and place the lid on tightly.
Let the jam cool and charge on your altar or a grid board. You can place crystals on top of the jars to amplify your intentions and magic.
